Regulations must be published prior to coming into force.
The official publication of legal acts of the state, local government bodies, and other bearers of public authorities is regulated by the Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia Act. According to the article 1 of the act all state regulations and other acts, if so defined by the law or other regulations, must be published in the Official Gazzette of the Republic of Slovenia.
