Ninth house

Alex Stern is not a girl anyone would have imagined at the prestigious Yale University. Her past is marked by a tragic fate of which she is the only survivor. All Alex wants now is a quiet and unnoticed life. But reality is different from her dreams, as the prestigious university is full of secret societies which engage in forbidden magic.

A body of a deceased girl is found on the university premises and Aley seems to be the only one who finds the whole thing suspicious. As the only survivor of a similar tragedy, her conscience won’t let her leave the girl’s death alone.

It’s her job now to control the secret societies and prevent disastrous consequences of their practices. Yet Alex is just one girl. Will history repeat itself and will the life at Yale suck her into its dark depths?
